Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Livingston County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on June 3, 2013, and August 28, 2013, and intervenors-respondents having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve their brief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Mary P. Davison, Esq., dated December 8, 2014, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that intervenors-respondents submit ten copies of their brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before January 15, 2015, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
