ORDER


The Court having received and duly considered plaintiff's Request for an Immediate Emergency Hearing, enters the following:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff's request for an emergency hearing is DENIED. Plaintiff's allegation that he was improperly contacted is incorrect. Plaintiff was contacted by counsel to the Inspector General in response to plaintiff's request under the Freedom of Information Act for records in possession of the office of the Inspector General. The Court finds that such a response by the counsel to the Inspector General was proper. DATED this Day of December, 2003.
