ASHLEY LIVAS, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On March 21, 2023, petitioner filed an incomplete Application for Waiver of Filing Fee. By Order served June 20, 2023, the Court directed petitioner to file a supplement to that Application. To date, petitioner has failed to file such a supplement. Because petitioner has not established an inability to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Application for Waiver of Filing Fee is denied. It is further

ORDERED that that the time within which petitioner shall pay the Court's filing fee of $60.00 is hereby extended to August 21, 2023. Information regarding payment of the filing fee is available at https://ustaxcourt.gov/pay_filing_fee.html. Failure to pay the filing fee by the foregoing date may result in the dismissal of this case.
