ORDER

Joseph H. Gale Judge.

On May 9, 2023, petitioners filed a Motion to Stay Proceedings wherein petitioners ask the Court to stay all briefing on respondent's Motion to Disqualify filed April 28, 2023, pending the resolution of a similar disqualification issue in the case at Docket Nos. 14012-21 and 14013-21 (Go Risk Management, Inc., et al.). Petitioners represent that respondent does not object to the granting of the Motion.

The foregoing considered, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion to Stay Proceedings is granted in that the proceedings in this case are stayed and all pending motions held in abeyance pending further direction of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners are relieved of their May 22, 2023, filing obligations in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before September 29, 2023, the parties shall file a joint report regarding the then present status of this case and the resolution of the similar disqualification issue in Go Risk Management, Inc., et al.
