ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge.

This case was on the Court's September 12, 2021 San Francisco, California trial calendar, and is all about substantiation of basis in cryptocurrency. Respondent reported last August that he had received subpoenaed documents that he thought would solve the case, but they instead prompted his revenue agent to seek more documents that might also need to be subpoenaed. There's been some exchange of documents and views since then, but still no settlement. The case can stay on a status-report track for now, and it is

ORDERED that on or before April 18, 2023 the parties shall submit settlement documents or file a status report describing their progress in settling the case or narrowing the issues to be tried.
