ORDER

Joseph H. Gale, Judge.

These cases were continued from a May 18, 2022, Washington, D.C. special hearing session to allow the parties additional time to resolve a potential conflict issue and to file status reports regarding the progress made in resolving the potential conflict issue. On August 15, 2022, the parties each filed a Status Report pursuant to the Court's Order served June 21, 2022. On October 6, 2022, petitioners filed a Motion for Protective Order Pursuant to Rule 103. Petitioners represent that respondent objects to the granting of the Motion.

Rule references are to the Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure.

The foregoing considered, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 8, 2022, respondent shall file a response to petitioners' Motion for Protective Order Pursuant to Rule 103, filed October 16, 2022.
