Upon review of the Motion to Quash or Modify Subpoena filed March 31, 2021, by nonparty Aprio, LLP (Aprio), it has come to the Court's attention that the privilege log attached thereto as Exhibit C is illegible.

The foregoing considered, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 19, 2021, nonparty Aprio shall file a supplement to its Motion to Quash or Modify Subpoena and shall attach thereto a legible copy of the aforementioned privilege log. It is further
