LIMITATIONS OF ACTION, § 65concealment of fraud, no showing as to. Bondholders' action against the individual members of bondholders' protective committee for breaches of trust growing out of alleged fiduciary relation for failure to institute suit against investment house which it was alleged controlled committee and had made fraudulent misrepresentations in the sale of the bonds, held barred by statute of limitations or by laches of plaintiffs who did not institute proceedings until 10 years after cause of action arose where there was no specific allegation of any facts of concealment or fraud by defendants which would have tolled running of limitations.

Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. OSCAR F. NELSON, Judge, presiding.

Order affirmed. Heard in the second division, first district, this court at the October term, 1942.
