ORDER

These cases involve Earl Litton's unfiled U.S. Individual Income Tax Returns for tax years 2011 through 2016, and Litton Construction and Electric, Inc.'s unfiled U.S. Corporation Income Tax Return for tax years 2011 and 2012. On June 30, 2023, respondent filed a status report which states that on June 29, 2023, petitioners provided respondent with U.S. Individual Income Tax Returns for tax years 2011 through 2016 for Earl Litton, and U.S. Corporation Income Tax Return for tax years 2011 and 2012 for Litton Construction and Electric, Inc. Respondent estimates that it will take approximately 60 days to examine and process the returns and asks that the Court give additional time for the parties to file either a status report or decision documents.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that on or before September 12, 2023, the parties shall file proposed stipulated decisions documents, in each of these cases, or a joint report detailing the then-present status of these cases.
