On February 15, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Calendar and Consolidate Docket Numbers 13056-20, 13472-20 in the above-docketed cases. Petitioners do not object to the granting of the Motion.
Upon due consideration and for cause, it is
ORDERED that the above-referenced Motion is granted in that it is:
ORDERED that the case at Docket No. 13472-20 is calendared for trial at the trial session of the Court scheduled to commence at 10:00 a.m. on May 1, 2023, Courtroom 5C, on the 5th Floor of the U.S. District Court, 501 East Court Street, Jackson, MS 39201. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall also serve on the parties in the case at Docket No. 13472-20 copies of (1) the Notice Setting Case for Trial for the Court's trial session scheduled to commence on May 1, 2023, in Jackson, Mississippi, and (2) the Standing Pretrial Order for that same trial session. It is further
ORDERED that the cases at Docket Nos. 13056-20 and 13472-20 are consolidated for purposes of trial, briefing, and opinion.
