The petition for writ of mandamus is hereby denied without prejudice. See Huffman v. State, 813 So.2d 10, 11 (Fla. 2000); see also Fla. R. Gen. Prac. & Jud. Admin. 2.250(a)(2) (for appellate courts, presumptively reasonable time period is generally within 180 days of either oral argument or the submission of the case to the court panel for a decision without oral argument). No motion for rehearing or reinstatement will be entertained by this Court.
