ORDER REQUIRING COUNSEL AND PRO-SE, NON-PRISONER LITIGANTS TO REGISTER FOR NOTICE BY ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSION AND REQUIRING ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION OF PROPOSED ORDERS.


Counsel and all pro-se, non-prisoner, litigants in this case must register no later than May 27, 2005, for notice by electronic transmission (e-mail) of all matters filed with the district clerk.

Local civil rule 7.1(c) is modified in that proposed orders shall be submitted electronically with every motion by e-mailing the order to:
