Upon due consideration of respondent's motion to withdraw as counsel filed on August 12, 2022, requesting that Min Young Chan be withdrawn as respondent's counsel in this case, and petitioner having no objection to the granting of that motion, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced motion is granted and Min Young Chan is withdrawn as counsel for respondent.
