This case is presently calendared for trial at the Court's April 11, 2022, Detroit, Michigan Trial Session. On March 14, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. By order served March 17, 2022, the Court ordered petitioner to file an objection to respondent's motion and set respondent's motion for hearing. On March 23, 2022, the parties submitted a Proposed Stipulated Decision resolving all issues for taxable year 2018. As a result, the Court will enter the Stipulated Decision into the record in due course.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed March 14, 2022, is stricken for hearing and is hereby denied as moot.
