MEMORANDUM OPINION


The parties have filed a joint motion, stating that they have fully resolved and settled all issues in dispute. The parties request that the trial court's order be reversed, and that the cause be remanded for the entry of an order in conformity with their settlement agreement.

The motion is granted. The order of the trial court is reversed, and the cause is remanded for the entry of an order in conformity with the settlement agreement. Costs of appeal are taxed against the parties who have incurred them. In accordance with the agreement of the parties, the clerk of this court is directed to issue a mandate simultaneously with the issuance of this court's judgment. See Tex.R.App.P. 18.1(c).
