ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Miami, Florida, trial session of the Court scheduled to begin on November 13, 2023, and is continued generally. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's motion to dismiss for failure to properly prosecute, filed October 19, 2023, is denied without prejudice. It is further

ORDERED that in addition to regular service on the parties, the Clerk of Court shall serve a copy of this order on petitioners at the California address listed for them on the Certificate of Service attached to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute, filed October 19, 2023.
