Appeals from the Circuit Court No. 2 of Baltimore City (FRANK, J.).
Suit by Etta Lissy against Herman Lissy for a divorce a mensa et thoro, and suit by complainant against respondent for receivership for a business allegedly carried on as partnership by them. From adverse decree, complainant appeals. Affirmed.
