Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, with respect to the appeals taken by the attorney for the child by notices of appeal dated June 22, 2017 (appeal No. 525720) and July 12, 2017 (appeal No. 525722), and said appeals are dismissed, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion is denied, without costs, as unnecessary, with respect to the appeals taken by Lisa Marie X., by notice of appeal dated June 21, 2017 (appeal No. 525720) and by Christopher Z. by notice of appeal dated July 14, 2017 (appeal No. 525722) (see 22 NYCRR 1250.10 [a]).
