On October 19, 2022, a purported Notice of Withdrawal as Counsel was filed by Anthony K. Modafferi III in the above-docketed matter. However, insofar as the underlying document is improperly captioned, the intention of the submission is rendered ambiguous.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the purported Notice of Withdrawal as Counsel filed October 19, 2022, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
