Judgment and order reversed on the law, and new trial granted, with costs to abide the event, because of the failure of the trial justice to submit to the jury the question of alleged excessive speed as a ground of negligence. Kelly, P.J., Rich, Manning, Young and Lazansky, JJ., concur.
