Order modified by imposing upon defendant, as a condition for the opening of its default, the payment to plaintiff of the costs taxed in the judgment, and as so modified affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements to appellant. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Young, Hagarty, Carswell and Tompkins, JJ., concur.
