Motion for an extension of time within which to move for reargument denied. Motion for reargument dismissed as untimely. Motion for leave to appeal dismissed upon the ground that this court does not have jurisdiction to entertain the motion (NY Const, art VI, § 3, subd b, par [7]; CPLR 5602, subd [b], pars 1, 2, cl [ii]). Motion for stay dismissed as academic. Twenty dollars costs and necessary reproduction disbursements payable to respondent.
