Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the motion for leave to file out of time notice of intervention, filed February 1, 2023, is recharacterized as a motion for leave to file out of time notice of intervention embodying a notice of intervention by Tatia Harris-Lipe. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 5, 2023, petitioner and respondent shall each file a response to Ms. Harris-Lipe's above-referenced motion for leave stating any objection to the granting of Ms. Harris-Lipe's motion. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court, in addition to regular service, shall serve a copy of this Order on Grace Allison, at the address listed in the notice of intervention.
