DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, two entered December 31, 2020, one entered August 20, 2021, and one dated September 10, 2021. Motion by the appellants, inter alia, to change the venue of the above-entitled actions. Separate motion by the appellants to extend the time to perfect the appeals from the orders entered December 31, 2020, and to consolidate the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, inter alia, to change venue and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion, inter alia, to extend the time to perfect the appeals from the orders entered December 31, 2020, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion, inter alia, to change venue is denied; and it is further, ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeals from the orders entered December 31, 2020, is granted, and on or before February 22, 2022, the appellants shall serve and file the respective records or appendices and the appellants' respective briefs via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the records or appendices and the appellants' respective briefs and upload digital copies of the records or appendices and the appellants' respective briefs, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further, ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as unnecessary with respect to the appeals filed under Docket Nos. 2021-00695, 2021-06746, 2021-07406, and that branch of the motion is otherwise denied.
