Action for the dissolution of a marriage, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford, where the court, Steinberg, J. granted, in part, the defendant's motion for a pendente lite award of alimony, custody, child support and exclusive use of the marital residence, and the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
