ORDER OF DISMISSAL

This case is currently calendared for trial at the Winston-Salem, North Carolina trial session of the Court scheduled to begin on May 30, 2023. On March 27, 2023, the parties files jointly a Motion to Dismiss on Ground of Mootness, therein apprising the Court that petitioner's outstanding tax liabilities for taxable years 2015 and 2016 have been paid in full and the levy at issue is now moot.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing it is hereby ORDERED that the parties' Motion to Dismiss on Ground of Mootness is granted. It is further

ORDERED that this case is dismissed on ground of mootness.
