Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Exhibit filed July 7, 2023, is hereby recharacterized as petitioner's Report. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Leave to File Report, filed July 10, 2023, is granted in that the Report lodged July 10, 2023, is filed as of the date of this Order.

Petitioner is advised that evidentiary materials generally are not filed with the Court at this stage of the proceedings; rather, they should be exchanged with counsel for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Because the IRS is separate from this Court, petitioner is accordingly advised to contact IRS counsel directly regarding such matters.
