ORDER

PER CURIAM

This is an interlocutory appeal from an order denying appellant's motion to compel arbitration signed June 11, 2024. See Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code §§ 51.016, 171.098. On July 31, 2024, appellant filed a motion to stay trial court proceedings pending resolution of this appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 29.3.

We GRANT IN PART and DENY IN PART appellant's motion to stay all proceedings. We ORDER the trial court trial STAYED until 10 days after a final decision by this court in this interlocutory appeal, or until further order of this court. We DENY appellant's motion to stay discovery and motion practice.
