MEMORANDUM OPINION

This appeal was filed in this Court on April 5, 2006. By letter dated April 5, 2006, we directed appellant to pay the $125 filing fee within ten days. By letter dated June 12, 2006, we directed appellant to file a docketing statement within ten days. Both letters warned that the failure to comply could result in dismissal of the appeal. Nevertheless, to date, appellant has neither paid the filing fee nor otherwise communicated with the Court regarding the fee. Nor has appellant filed a docketing statement. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.3(c).
