District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Jun 13, 1975
314 So. 2d 162 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1975)

Opinion

No. Y-219.

June 13, 1975.

Petition for Writ of Mandamus — Original Jurisdiction.

Gibbs Lingerfelt, in pro. per.

Robert L. Shevin, Atty. Gen., for respondent.

It appearing that the issue raised in the petition for writ of mandamus is now moot, the trial court having rendered its Order denying the defendant's motion to vacate and set aside sentence on May 20, 1975, the petition is therefore dismissed.

JOHNSON, Acting C.J., and BOYER and MILLS, JJ., concur.
