Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated February 28, 2012, and a judgment of the same court dated May 7, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 14, 2013, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
