RESCISSION AND CANCELLATION, § 82when findings that release of damages was not procured by duress is sustained by evidence. In action for cancellation, on ground of duress, of release of damages for false imprisonment, etc., held that chancellor's findings in favor of defendants were amply sustained by evidence.

Appeal from Superior Court of Cook county; Hon. JOHN C. LEWE, presiding.

Decree affirmed. Heard in second division, first district, this court at April term, 1942.
