On October 6, 2022, petitioner filed the petition in this case and paid the filing fee. Due to a clerical error, by Order dated November 14, 2022, the Court directed petitioner to file an Amended Petition and pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee or submit an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee for consideration.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall file an Amended Petition is extended to March 7, 2023. If the Amended Petition is not received by March 7, 2023, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction.
