This case is currently calendared on the Court's New York, New York, trial session, scheduled to begin April 25, 2022.

On April 1, 2022, petitioner Lisa Lindsay filed a letter dated March 17, 2022. After review, it appears to be a motion for continuance. We will recharacterize it as such and ask the Commissioner to file a response. Accordingly, it is
