On January 21, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion for Partial Summary Judgment. On February 23, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion for Sanctions. On February 24, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. Also on February 24, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim upon which Relief Can Be Granted. On April 20, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion for an Order under Federal Rule of Evidence 502(d).

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is assigned to Chief Special Trial Judge Lewis R. Carluzzo solely for the purpose of disposing of the above-referenced motions.
