On January 9, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion to Amend Order. On January 22, 2023, petitioner filed a First Amended Motion to Amend Order.

On January 21, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion for Partial Summary Judgment.

On February 23, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion for Sanctions. On February 24, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction.

Also on February 24, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim upon which Relief can be Granted.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 23, 2022, petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's above-mentioned motions. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of respondent's motion or other appropriate action by this Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 23, 2022, respondent shall file an objection, if any, to petitioner's above-mentioned motions.
