TOM L. LINDEN, DECEASED, JAMES SHAULES, ESQ., SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE, AND E VA J. RITCHIE, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes, Judge.

This case was on the Court's October 25, 2021 trial calendar for San Francisco, California. We took it off that calendar because the parties had tentatively settled. They recently reported that respondent's counsel spotted an error in the computations, and the parties still await new ones. R asks for a few more weeks to get the computations corrected and draft a decision document. It is therefore

ORDERED that on or before August 8, 2022 the parties shall submit settlement documents or file a status report that describes their progress.
