ORDER

Having thoroughly considered plaintiff's objections to Magistrate Judge Stephen Crocker's August 31, 2007 order contained in a "notice and motion for reconsideration" dated September 9, 2007, I conclude that the magistrate judge's rulings were not "clearly erroneous or contrary to law." Accordingly, plaintiff's "notice and motion for reconsideration" is DENIED.
