ORDER OF DISMISSAL

RALPH KING ANDERSON, III CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE

This case is before the Court pursuant to a request for contested case hearing filed by Linde, Inc. (Praxair, Inc.) (Petitioner) challenging the determination of the South Carolina Department of Revenue (Department) issued September 9, 2022.

On October 11, 2023, the parties filed a Consent Motion for Order of Dismissal stating that the parties agreed to dismiss this case with prejudice. As a result, no issue remains for adjudication by the Court.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the matter is DISMISSED with prejudice.

AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
