By Notice served January 31, 2024, this case is calendared for trial at the Court's Los Angeles, California trial session commencing May 20, 2024. On April 15, 2024, Ms. Kwon filed a Motion to Proceed Remotely. On April 19, 2024, the Commissioner filed a Motion for Continuance wherein he advised the Court of his non-objection to the granting of Ms. Kwon's Motion and of Ms. Kwon's non-objection to the granting of the Commissioner's Motion for Continuance.

Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that Ms. Kwon's Motion to Proceed Remotely, filed April 15, 2024, is granted, and this case is stricken from trial at the Court's May 20, 2024, Los Angeles, California trial session. It is further

ORDERED that the Commissioner's Motion for Continuance, filed April 19, 2024, is granted, and this case is continued generally. It is further

ORDERED that this case is restored to the general docket and will be added to a future remote trial session of the Court.
