In Lind v. Carson (1958), 16 Ill. App.2d 542, 148 N.E.2d 814 (abstract), defendants conspired against their employer to fraudulently solicit plaintiff's established customers for themselves while still employed and secretly set out to appropriate for their own profit plaintiff's formulas used in pest extermination, sources of materials and plaintiff's vehicles.
