In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the matter is remanded to the Court of Appeals as on leave granted for consideration of the issue whether Wozniak v General Motors Corp, 198 Mich. App. 172 (1993), is retroactive in favor of those who did not object to the reduction in benefits made pursuant to Lopez v The Flower Basket Nursery, 122 Mich. App. 680 (1982). MCR 7.302(F)(1).
