Action to foreclose a mortgage on certain real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven, where the court, Celotto, J., granted the plaintiff's motion for strict foreclosure and rendered judgment thereon; thereafter, the court granted the plaintiff's motion for a deficiency judgment, and the defendant James D. Hennessey et al. appealed to this court. Affirmed.
