We affirm appellant's conviction of a criminal offense.

We reverse appellant's sentence and remand for resentencing in accord with Ree v. State, 14 F.L.W. 565 (Fla., Nov. 16, 1989).

AFFIRMED IN PART; REVERSED IN PART AND REMANDED.
