Defendant appealed from an order of the district court for Chippewa county, Baker, J. dismissing his appeal from a judgment of the municipal court of Montevideo in favor of plaintiff. Affirmed, following Anderson v. Graue, 183 Minn. 336, 236 N.W. 483.
