On March 2, 2022, petitioners filed a Motion for Extension of Time requesting until Saturday, March 12, 2022, to respond to respondent's motion for partial summary judgment. Later that day, respondent filed a Notice of Objection to the Motion for Extension of Time and represented that he does not object to granting petitioners an extension until Friday, March 11, 2022. In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion for Extension of Time, filed March 2, 2022, is granted in that the time within which petitioners shall respond to respondent's motion for partial summary judgment is extended to March 11, 2022.
