Order granting, on reargument, plaintiff's motion for an injunction pendente lite and directing the return of two hundred dollars by defendant Henry affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Young, Kapper, Carswell and Tompkins, JJ., concur.
