ORDER

Mark V. Holmes, Judge

These cases were on the Court's June 12, 2023 Buffalo, New York trial calendar, and set for a special session to begin January 22, 2024, but then the parties notified the Court that they had settled and they needed time to embody the settlement in a closing agreement.

They parties recently report that respondent hopes to provide computations and the closing agreement to petitioners' counsel for review by May 31, 2024, or shortly thereafter. The parties anticipate filing the decision documents with the Court after the closing agreement has been executed by petitioners. This will take a bit of time so it is

ORDERED that on or before July 31, 2024 the parties shall submit settlement documents or file a status report describing their progress.
