KENNETH J. LILL, JR., ET AL., Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge

These cases were on the Court's June 12, 2023 Buffalo, New York trial calendar, and then set for a special session to begin January 22, 2024. The parties recently moved for a continuance on the ground that they had settled. They also wrote that they will need time to embody the settlement in a closing agreement.

It is therefore

ORDERED that the special session of the Court set to begin on January 22, 2024 is cancelled. It is also

ORDERED that on or before March 21, 2024 the parties shall submit settlement documents or file a status report describing their progress.
