After consultation with the parties on March 29, 2022 and upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion is set for hearing at the Washington, D.C. special hearing session of the Court, which will be conducted remotely at the revised date and time certain of 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, March 30, 2022. Special Trial Judge Adam B. Landy will preside. It is further
